Description

The Scenic Shoreline Tour takes you north along the picturesque Lake Tahoe shoreline to explore beautiful caves, cliffs, and sights along the shore as well as up to 75 feet below the surface. You have the opportunity to paddle past the famous Cave Rock tunnel and some of Lake Tahoe’s elaborate luxury estates. Cave Rock State Park offers a beautiful sandy cove where you can see gold flakes sparkling off the sandy lake floor! This tour includes equipment, set-up, life jackets, paddles, and basic on-beach instruction prior to the start of the tour. Amenities include small coolers with complimentary waters and granola bars as well as dry bags for the items you don’t want to get wet. The best time to do this is early morning for clear kayaking while the water is calm and glassy. Check the website for available tours as this experience is seasonal.

The boat ride and kayak tour were amazing! The views were beautiful and our tour guides, Nadja and Ryan, were the best. Ryan led our group tour and he was funny, interactive and had so many fun facts about the area! He also stopped to take photos of us from a rock and a couple other times throughout the tour.

Wonderful experience on the Clearly Tahoe Clearly Explorer Clear Kayak Charter tour! We have a large family with a wide range of ages- everyone really enjoyed our clear kayak tour. A highlight of our trip! The staff were friendly, professional, and safety oriented. Yolie was our family's guide on the tour- she was so knowledgeable of the area and made the tour even more fun. Took photographs along the way. Taking the charter boat to the kayak destination is the way to go! Recommend a morning tour. Clearly Tahoe is the way to go for a memorable activity while in South Lake Tahoe!

The early morning tour was perfect because the water was calm allowing us to truly see the Lake and its clear water. There weren't many other tours going on the lake either so we got a lot of the water to ourselves

My son and I were in Tahoe for the weekend and we did the LED glow tour with Chase. It was such a fun and unique experience! Chase was awesome - told us a lot of facts about the lake, pointed out wildlife to us, took photos and sent them to us - really great tour guide! We loved the clear kayaks and the remotes to change the colors, and it was a perfect time to go because we started out with a beautiful sunset and then we were kayaking in the dark with just the colors glowing. Highly recommend!!

We booked the sunset glow boat kayak tour. Was absolutely the best time to do it, the boats lit up and we got some great photos at golden hour as the sun set behind the mountain range. Ask for Giovanni! Was an absolute treat as a guide, very knowledgeable about the history of the lake and surrounding areas. He was a lot of fun! We went late August, weather was warm but got chilly at night. Recommend water shoes and pants with a T shirt. Great service, great experience, will definitely be coming back again for a daytime tour! Enjoy!
