OMGGGGGG! This gorgeous aquarium in San Diego is absolutely one to visit. If you rock with aqua life, this one is for you. If you are looking for a fabulous Saturday adventure with the kids, family, friends, a date, this one is also for you. Different species of fish, their colours, characters, story and how they move is truly special. Definitely wear some comfy shoes, have your sunglasses, hats and water. It gets packed so I suggest you come early to get parking that is closer to the place.

Had a great time at the Birch Aquarium! So many different fish and ocean creatures to look at. Lots of activities and staff to explain about the different species. Very family friendly. About $40 per adult. Nice gift shop and cafe outside. Recommend!

Great view of La Jolla and incredible live fish tanks. Loved the penguins and the outdoor activities where you get to touch sea cucumbers, shark eggs and a variety of fishes. The only thing is that there's way too many kids around so if you don't like that consider a visit away from the weekend. You can also buy the tickets online right there to avoid the line.

This place is amazing! This is a must visit place and a great adventure for kids and adults alike. Beautiful views and the sea turtle is so beautiful. Baby penguins are also adorable. Love, love, love!!! ❤️🥰✨

We love the new additions of the outdoor activities at Birch. The water tables and building areas are amazing at grabbing children's creative sides. The under water creatures are also a huge hit. They added a few new cool features on the inside, like the mirror room, which is really very pretty.
